Meeting Space Request Form (staff/elder/ministry leaders only)

Are you a CLC staff member, CLC Elder, and or CLC Ministry Leader looking for a space to have a meeting? Then this form is for you. Please give staff 3 business days to respond. We do understand that emergency or last minute meetings do arise. If that is the case please complete form and then email molly@clcfamily.church. We will do our best to be prompt and accommodate.
